Ever wanted to be your own chef at a restaurant? Or Ever wanted to cook your own steak to well done? Well Pepperlunch is a DIY restaurant with more than 200 stores in Japan and Asia. So what’s the hype about pepperlunch? Not like your regular dish, pepper lunch is served on a sizzling hot teppan with your choice of sizzling steaks, pasta, curry rice and Pepper lunch’s signature rice. The hotplate is an essential part of pepper lunch; using an iron plate is able to heat up to 260C in 70 seconds and remains hot at approx. 80C for more than 20 minutes.
